Mission
OPRC is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping patients stay safe and providing information on the uses and benefits of medical marijuana.
Self Help Classes
The OPRC has 5 different classes available for members to learn how to become self-sufficient.
Member Store
Our patient store is filled with the latest items available to help medical marijuana patients, on their path to a better quality of life
***We carry a full line of name brand vaporizers and horticultural supplies as well as educational books and DVD's.***
Member Gatherings
Research has indicated that people with chronic, terminal, or psychological illness may benefit from the support of people undergoing similar experiences and is an under estimated part of the healing process.
That is why several times a year the OPRC hosts member gatherings helping providing the needed source of social support for medical marijuana patients
Medication Room
We provide an onsite medication room for members to medicate in accordance with RCW69.51A
Membership
The OPRC has 2 Memberships available a $25 Basic membership and a $40 ID card membership both carry the same benefits:
A person seeking membership with the OPRC must, provide a Washington State Drivers license or ID card, and a signed statement from a physician authorizing them to possess marijuana for medical purposes.
Upon acceptance of the note by intake staff, the prospective member will be asked to fill out a membership application and Authorization to disclose confidential health information.
When we receive completed form(s), our intake staff will verify the physician's approval by fax, which can vary depending on doctor response time.
Upon receipt of verification from your physician a member card will be issued to the patient.
