Medical Marijuana Patients Support the Repeal Cannabis Prohibition Act of 2012

We believe that the Repeal Cannabis Prohibition Act of 2012 will benefit medical marijuana patients, and will expand the medical use of marijuana in positive ways.

Harassment Will Decline: 15 years after the passage of Prop 215, patients still face harassment and even felonies for using and providing medical marijuana. With all marijuana legal, over-zealous police officers will no longer have cause to harass patients. After decades, patients will be taken off the “front lines” of the drug war.
